November 21: NO LARGE GROUP

November 21-23: CCPC Fall Retreat– "A Community of Grace" | IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure to read through this entire email and have it accessible on Friday when you travel to the retreat! Cell phone service is limited for some at Mt. Hermon.

1) Please eat dinner before arriving to the retreat if you can't arrive to the retreat by 7:45 

     Friday, 11/21

               Registration opens: 5:30 PM

               Dinner: 7-8 PM
               Worship: 8 PM
               Discussion Groups: 9:30 PM
     Saturday, 11/22
               Breakfast: 8-9 AM 
               Worship: 9:30 AM
               Discussion Groups: 11:00 AM
               Lunch: 12:30-1:30 PM
               Games, Q&A/Free Time, Testimonies: 1:30 PM
               Dinner: 6-7 PM
               Worship: 7 PM
               Discussion Groups: 8:30 PM
     Sunday, 11/23
               Breakfast: 8-9 AM 
               Worship: 9 AM
               Discussion Groups: 10:30 AM
               Lunch: 12:30-1:30 PM
               Depart 1:30 PM               

2) Sunday, 11/23Sunday Worship Service at retreat

      We will be having a covenant worship service at the retreat site (in the Multipurpose Room) at 9 AM. Remember to bring your tithes and offering forSunday's worship service.               Thanksgiving offering will also be collected this Sunday.

       There will also be a service in Daly City this Sunday.

3) What to bring

            Active wear/shoes





            Sleeping bags (linens are provided but it may get cold)


         **Water bottle (NO cups will be provided!)

            Bring board games, footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, frisbees, etc. if you want to use them during free time.

5) Upon arrival

    The first thing to do when you arrive is to go to the retreat check-in table near the bookstore (across from the Administration building – refer to the map link below and refer to #5) to        pick up your nametag and retreat booklet. Your nametag will have your cabin and discussion group info. If you are late, please come to the Multipurpose Room (#10 on the map –        bottom floor) and someone will check you in.

     For those who have not paid, please bring your payments with you. Cash, check, credit card accepted

    Projected low-high during the retreat: 43-62 F

    90% chance of rain on Saturday

    Prepare accordingly, as we will be outdoors for parts of the retreat.

November 23: Sunday Service @ CCPC | NO TRANSPO
For those of you who cannot make it to retreat, there will be Sunday service at CCPC at 9:50AM. 
There won't be any transpo this weekend, so please coordinate rides with drivers who will be heading to church!
